Biography
Mr. Adnan “A.D.” Horan was born in Yonkers, New York. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in 1993 and his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1996. Thereafter, Mr. Horan attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate law degree (J.D.) in 1997. While attending the University of San Diego, Mr. Horan was a comments editor and member of the law school journal, the San Diego Law Review.
After receiving his law degree, Mr. Horan was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1997. In 2000, he was also admitted into Federal Court to the United States District Court, District of Arizona. In 2009 he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit. In 2010 he was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2013 he was admitted in New York. In 2017 he was admitted in the District of Columbia.
Mr. Horan is the founder of Horan Law Offices, P.C., Attorneys at Law and is a trial attorney and practices law in City, State, and Federal courts.
Mr. Horan is currently a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, American Bar Association, Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers , The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, Phoenix Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Arizona Department of Real Estate.
