What can I say but absolutely amazing. My parents were in a horrific car accident, it was bad enough that people were asking if my mother had passed. That could lead into a decent ford review as well I guess. But AD was amazing not only was he on top of things and fought hard for my mother, but with... the issues she was experiencing he made sure to keep me in the loop at my parents request. Brisa was also amazing so patient and kind. Any documentation that was needed was easily described on what was needed and how to get it to them.
