Great Results in DUI Case
I, Robert, luckily found Mr. Johnson by word of mouth. He set up a consultation as soon as I called him. He is knowledgeable and cares about his clients. I hired him at that time, I, Robert, was charged with a DUI. I thought I would get at least a week in jail and the fines would be large. Mr. Johnson worked closely with the court system and kept my wife and I notified of every step. He was able to reduce the jail time, plus the fines were also lowered. Both my wife and I appreciate all that he did for us.

Couldn’t ask for better
I have been going thru a lengthy divorce that was taking a toll on me and Mr. Johnson has been very kind and patient and helped me every single step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to represent me. He was able to get me what I asked for when I had to go to court. Me being an over the road truck driver made this process a lot harder than it should have been but like I said before Mr. Johnson has helped me and done an amazing job. I definitely recommend this attorney. Thank you so very much. - Z.S

Brian is a fabulous lawyer as well as a friend. He took the time to listen to me and my situation and never judged me but rather encouraged me. He did a wonderful job on my case and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use him in the future if the need arises.

Church constitution
Brian was used as a consultant for the church constitution and by-laws. He was very conscious of the way he handled our situation. I'm not only recommending him for a consultant on legal matters, but should I need personal legal counsel for myself, Brian will be the attorney for me
Response from Brian Johnson September 8, 2015
It was a pleasure to advise Micah, the pastor of a local church, concerning the impact of a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in Obergefell v. Director, Ohio Department of Health, et. al. could have on the church he pastors. I advised him in the steps his church needed to take to insulate it from lawsuits by same-sex couples who sought to be married in church facilities, etc.

Awesome Lawyer!
Brian Johnson is an awesome person and attorney. He is very patient and kind. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. I was referred to him by a friend whom also retained him to handle her affairs. I am so grateful and blessed to have met him. He succeeded in taking care of my problem when others told me that there was nothing I could do. This was an excellent experience. Thank you so much Mr. Johnson

beating back the insurance company
My family owns a small construction company in Tennessee. Every year, the insurance companies are allowed to audit their insured to determine if they are entitled to more money for their coverage of the business. Our former Workers Comp provider made an unfounded claim for an outlandish amount of money from our company. They took their demands to court. Brian came to the rescue! His diligent attention to detail and his astute handling of our legal issue brought about a quick dismissal of the claim by the insurance company attorney. Justice was served because we had the right man for the job, Brian Johnson. We would, and we do recommend Brian .

Response from Brian Johnson August 19, 2015
It was an honor to represent Robert's small construction company against a huge insurance company that simply did not play fair with him. Insurance companies often do not treat their insureds fairly. And frankly, it is always a pleasure to walk away with a victory against an insurance company.

Awesome attorney and trustworthy man!
Brian is an excellent attorney. He always kept us informed about everything that was going on. I never felt left in the dark or worried, because I knew he had our back and kept my son in his best interest. He was used his time wisely and was conscious of our money and helped keep it at a decent price, which is not common with lawyers. He is a polite man with good morals and to me that means a lot! I really appreciate all he did for us and if we need a lawyer in the future I would absolutely use him again!
