Biography
Andrea D. Sipes is a native of Middleton, Hardeman County, Tennessee. She graduated from Middleton High School in 2000. She graduated with honors from Jackson State Community College in 2003 with an Associates of Science degree in pre-law. Andrea attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she graduated, summa cum laude, in 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in history and political science. Andrea attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she graduated, magna cum laude, in 2009.
While in law school, Andrea was a member of the Moot Court Board and received the honors of Best Oral Advocate and Honorable Mention for Best Brief in the 2007 Advanced Moot Court Competition. Andrea was admitted to the bar in 2009 and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
In 2012, Andrea was awarded by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as being one of Jackson’s Finest Young Professionals. Andrea practiced, first as an associate and then as a partner, at the law firm of Hardee, Martin & Donahoe from 2009 until 2016.
In July 2016, Andrea opened her own law firm – Sipes Law, PLC – in Jackson, Tennessee. Andrea practices in West Tennessee in the areas of family law and appeals.

Client
She pretty much took my money and sit back and did nothing to help me with my divorce. I thought she was a very highly respected lawyer, but I was wrong. She never would call me back or answer any of my questions. This shouldnt be allowed when you pay people and trust them.

Tells it like it is
I have had her for a year and she had accomplished more things in that time than my past attorney Hopson whom I've had for 3yrs+ prior to meeting Andrea. Straight forward and with no nonsense tolerated.

Knows the laws

Fair and honest
She was exceptionally fair in her billing procedures. My legal fees were expensive but competitive. I never felt that I was being overcharged or that the bill was padded with unnecessary activities.
