I recommend this lawyer to any individual and I stand on that! Its funny how people run from attorney to attorney with little to no results, then come to her with little to no means to pay her very reasonable and often discounted fees and all of sudden they forget that the attorneys that caused the...m to sometimes take a second mortgage on their home and depleted their life savings, they fired for doing nothing, yet they stuck with them for YEARS, or until the money ran out. Ironically, they expect Attorney Garner to pull a rabbit out of her hat in less time than it took the previous attorneys to file the complaint, serve the summons and get a court date! AMAZING! My military divorce was timely filed, all issues settled and it took five months. This attorney counseled me spiritually and kept me lifted, all the while checking to make certain that I had left no stone un-turned and my mind was clear for the divorce.

This attorney ended up costing me over $15,000 in fees with a new lawyer and several contempt motions because of her inaction. She is inept, non-communicative and less than zealous. She has also been disciplined by the bar twice, the most recent being 2006. My simple divorce with a prenuptial agre...ement, short-term marriage of 3-1/2 years and no kids ended up taking 15 months. My new attorney sent regular billing statements, communicated regularly and often, and filed court documents on time. Attorney Garner is not professional and is not recommended.
