I am a partner with Rice, Amundsen, & Caperton and have been practicing family law in the Memphis and Mid-South area for over 26 years. I have an extensive background in handling highly complex cases, including cases involving extensive business and personal assets along with the delicate issues surrounding child custody. I have been successful in settling many of those caess without the necessity of trial, and have been equally successful in those cases that required a trial.
