As I pondered the worth of legal representation, I came to realize the importance of legal representation, in child-support hearings. Michael A. My back time was so high because the mom waited 14 years to put me on child support, thus making my case very complicated. After 2 lawyers that didn't help me at all, I am so glad I have found Mr. Flexsenhar. He was always honest and straightforward. He genuinely cared about my case and the best interests of my child. Great guy. He gave me excelent advice and tried to lead me down the path that would be quickest and least damaging for me and my 2 children. I wanted to push harder and try to get full custody. . After a year and a half. I ended up with what , Michael told me was my bset possible deal, A year earlier. I wasted time and money. Listen to him it will save you a lot of grief.

Mike did a terrible work on the adjustment of child support case I used him for. He used my ex-wife's income from 2009 as her current income and did not ask for any documentation on her LLC. I doubt he is up to date on 1240-2-4 he should have used that information to put his client in a better position. He did not.

I have dealt with this office before and there is a very rude, unwelcoming young lady at the front desk. when I arrived she was on her personal phone didn’t look up just asked if I was there to make a payment? confused I explained I was there to meet with mike, she told me he wasn’t back yet in a rude tone. that was it, never said anything else, or when he’d be back. just stared at her phone & got into an argument with someone on the phone. Mr. Flexsenhar himself was great, but he needs to reevaluate his office staff.

Mr Flexsenhar represented my son in a divorce. He confused my sons case ( who had no children) with a case where children were involved. He was over thirty minutes late for a meeting with the opposing attorney. He gave no effort in properly defending my son. The worst representation he could have possible had.
