She was knowledgeable on subject matter and spoke well in her office. However when we got to court she fumbled with words and poorly presented my case. I know someone who represented themselves in a case against her and they won. She’s knowledgeable but didn’t handle the court room part well. In fact... it was just plain bad.

Katherine walked into my case after my previous lawyer had made a huge mess of it. I had filed here and my soon to be ex had filed in southern ID. I had been granted some temp spousal support and we were fighting jurisdiction when my previous lawyer then stayed my case here, stating jurisdiction is...sues. Which was not true because I had received the spousal support. This made it possible for me to possibly lose jurisdictions. I could not have gotten divorce in Southern ID without it affecting my job. Where we use to live is over 6 hours away when the roads are clear. I walked into Katherine's office unsure if I would get any help at all. Katherine was surprised at the mess my case was in and was very concerned if she could even do anything. She has worked very hard and been very supportive through all of this. I have been trying to get divorced for over 2 years and I finally feel like it will happen! Which was really nice because it's a 160 miles round trip to the court room, each time the judge would give the other side more time to try and come up with something that would stick.
