We hired Katherine to help is with a third party custody case. I wouldn't have anyone else represent us if I ever had to do this again. She listens to our concerns and applies them to come up with a way to voice them to the courts in a professional yet profound manner. She's honest from the get go in... telling us what to expect. Katherine did an amazing job of navigating through our complex custody battle. She was very therough and answered all of our emails in a very timely manner. When I dealt with Hailey she always stated she didn’t know how she could help me and directed me to Katherine- which was extremtly frustrating. ...There was one particular situation that leads me to giving her a 1 star. In our parenting plan it specifically stated that my step son was not to be around a specific person- court ordered in two different documents due to violence and drug abuse. When that was violated, I contacted Katherine to inform her of the situation and she was more concerned about our balance then the safety and well being of my step child. We explained on numerous occations that when the child support stopped coming out of the paychecks she would receive monthly payments from us (this process took about a month). This took about 6 emails for her to fully comprehend. Additionally, we received an email regarding our balance from a paralegal whom we never once spoke with during our 5 month journey. We chose her to represent us because she is a mother, I was hoping she would have compassion which she did not show at that time.

Katherine walked into my case after my previous lawyer had made a huge mess of it. I had filed here and my soon to be ex had filed in southern ID. I had been granted some temp spousal support and we were fighting jurisdiction when my previous lawyer then stayed my case here, stating jurisdiction is...sues. Which was not true because I had received the spousal support. This made it possible for me to possibly lose jurisdictions. I could not have gotten divorce in Southern ID without it affecting my job. Where we use to live is over 6 hours away when the roads are clear. I walked into Katherine's office unsure if I would get any help at all. Katherine was surprised at the mess my case was in and was very concerned if she could even do anything. I got everything together to prove I had no prior knowledge about my case being stayed and everything else she needed. Katherine worked very diligently to do whatever she could to help me. She had to work extra hard because of the prior mess. Not only did she try, but she succeeded in getting the stay reversed and she also won jurisdiction for us here in WA! She has worked very hard and been very supportive through all of this. I have been trying to get divorced for over 2 years and I finally feel like it will happen! She is not afraid to jump in and take on a difficult case like mine and give it 110%! She works very hard and does an amazing job! I can not say enough great things about her! She has completely restored my faith and I would recommend her to anyone!
