Mr. Friauf did not hesitate in taking my 2 cases against my former Employer. My former employer hired a very experienced Attorney from a long established Law firm. I am over 50 years of age, and have never had a need for legal aid regarding an insurance claim until recently. Mr. Friauf took on a case for us about My wife being able to keep our dogs as prescribed by two doctors and denied by the landlord of a trailer park. He not only won her keeping our dogs but, also won us $25,000 for anguish and other suffering it caused us. I would recommend him to anyone I know.... The other case was a lot more involved and required a lot of time and research. It was about illegal eviction and past wages that Mr. Friauf felt we should have been entitled to as managers of a 15 unit apartment building. Unfortunately in the latter case my 18 yr. old son had written some derogatory remarks about the building owner. His new manager had already taken pictures of the graffiti and turned them over to the defendants attorney before I even saw them and I was not able to erase them from the chalk board in my son's bedroom.
