I have over 25 years of experience in the areas of personal injury claims, property and construction disputes, contract negotiation and preparation, business lawsuits, estate and trust litigation, homeowners' association issues, workers’ compensation issues, and a wide range of civil matters. I am an active member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations. I represent a wide range of clients who live in Tennessee or who have interests in Tennessee. Legal problems can seem complex and overwhelming, but I provide practical advice and strategies to help you evaluate and pursue solutions that work for the facts of your particular case.

I found Keith on google search for a consultation and he picked up the phone himself, not a clerk, listened to my story, and referred me to his associate, Nikki Price right away. She was amazing with excellent communication, negotiation skill, and handled my case very well. I'm very thankful to find...

Mr Alley has been incredible in helping my husband thru a very complicated workers comp claim and settlement. His knowledge of the laws and what the client is entitled to makes him the perfect selection for these type of cases. He was always very prompt and transparent on what was required and expe...

There are (3) angles to an effort: Cheap, Good or Fast. In construction we say pick 2 of the 3 In legal work, it seems we only get to choose 1 of the 3. I had a messy contract dispute that Keith unravelled and prevailed. Keith delivered great work and was certainly cost effective in the end. M...

"I have had the opportunity to work with and opposed to Mr. Alley, and I have consistently been impressed with his experience, ability and dedication to his clients. I have referred several people to his office in the past, and I will continue to do so in the future. I recommend him without reservation."
"Keith and I had a fairly complex issue involving a commercial lease and related matters. He was professional and courteous while representing his client. We were able to resolve the case in only a couple of hours rather than spending a full day in trial."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is a lawyer's lawyer. If you want to be sure of your choice in a lawyer, ask a lawyer who she would hire to represent her. Keith Alley is just such a lawyer. I would certainly be honored to have him represent me."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Alley is a very good construction lawyer. I would not hesitate to refer a construction matter to Mr. Alley, as I know he would do an excellent job."
"I endorse this lawyer. Keith has always been a zealous advocate for his clients. Rarely do I see someone work so hard for his clients regardless of size of the case or the amount at stake. That's the sign of a good man doing a good job and I have a tremendous amount of respect for a lawyer like that and would have no hesitation in referring him any case. He is knowledgeable and skilled in what he does and he takes the time to do it right."
