Great job!

Friauf Law Office was my first experience with a law firm. I tried contacting another law firm first and they never returned my messages. I appreciate that they took my case even though they weren't going to make a huge profit. I had a dispute with my previous apartment complex over a large sum of fe...es for breaking my lease early. The unsatisfactory conditions that I lived in warranted that I had the right to leave early. Jane was my main contact and was very professional and knowledgeable. It felt good to have someone speak for me and be on my side against a large corporation and win. Thank you for sticking up for the little guy!!

Landlord Dispute

James was excellent the whole way through my dispute with a landlord. Quick response, helpful, and got the results I was looking for. Would highly recommend

Attorney Friauf Handled (2) cases for us actually. Both involved tenants rights and one also involved a dispute over past wages.

Mr. Friauf took on a case for us about My wife being able to keep our dogs as prescribed by two doctors and denied by the landlord of a trailer park. He not only won her keeping our dogs but, also won us $25,000 for anguish and other suffering it caused us. I would recommend him to anyone I know.... The other case was a lot more involved and required a lot of time and research. It was about illegal eviction and past wages that Mr. Friauf felt we should have been entitled to as managers of a 15 unit apartment building. Unfortunately in the latter case my 18 yr. old son had written some derogatory remarks about the building owner. His new manager had already taken pictures of the graffiti and turned them over to the defendants attorney before I even saw them and I was not able to erase them from the chalk board in my son's bedroom. Mr, Friauf felt and I agreed that in good conscience He could not carry on with the case. It was a very unfortunate turn for all of us but, we had to move in such a hurry that I just didn't get a chance to see it and clean. We fully understood and agreed with Attorney Friauf's position. He had put a claim amount of $100,000 on the case but put his morals ahead of the money which I must say, I totally respect. There are few people I can honestly say that about today sadly.

Attorney review

Mr. Friauf assisted our agency in setting up a new business and making sure that all corporate documents were prepared and submitted in a timely manner. I had several questions about how to set up our corporate structure and he was able to guide us in the direction that was best suited for our purp...oses. In addition, he has handled landlord/tenant issues for us in the past and also has a wealth of knowledge in employment law. I highly recommend Mr. Friauf's services to anyone needing sound professional legal advice.

James’s comment:

“Regrettably, this was a misunderstanding/miscommunication and not indicative of our firm's reputation. Please see our stellar reviews from many wonderful clients. I look forward to serving you.”
