Mr. Barnes amd his team handled my case efficiently and kept me completely informed throughout the process. I felt comfortable calling with any questions and was treated professionally and courteously each and every interaction.

One of the worst days of my life occurred when another vehicle pulled out in front of me, I swerved to miss it, hit a telephone pole and was unfairly charged with a DUI JUST because I was a bartender and was going home after work at 3am. With a broken foot, fractured ribs and a side of my face the had to be reconstructed I was taken to jail instead of the hospital as I should have.
Soon after, I received a letter from the Barnes firm that incredibly and accurately addressed all the needs and fears I was experiencing (having NEVER been in trouble in the past). The moment I retained the services of the firm, they went to work and took control of my situation. The entire staff of the firm was always helpful and understanding.
I somehow missed the memo in my education when our legal system changed from 'innocent until proven guilty' to 'guilty until proven innocent' and in such a money driven institution, where unless you have money or are willing to go broke fighting, I'm very glad I had the Barnes team on my side.
They settled my case quickly and with as fair a plea as possible without my willingness to increase exorbitant court costs and risk losing entirely. In a justice system as unfair and demonstrative as its DUI laws represent, the Barnes firm made the navigation of this horror more bearable than I had imagined possible.

Mr. Barnes was a huge help in assisting my son with a legal case in which he was falsely accused of a DUI. My son was cleared of the matter, and that's thanks to Mr. Barnes.
Edward Holt, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have known and worked with John for several years. He is probably the best example I can think of in saying that a lawyer doesn't necessarily have to have been in practice for 30 years in order to have the level of knowledge and the capabilities which would be expected from a lawyer with 30 years experience. He is extremely knowledgeable of the law, and highly adept in working the law to the benefit of his clients. John is respectful of his clients, sensitive to their desires and needs, and also realistic with then regarding their expectations. Most importantly, his personal integrity and professional ethics are unimpeachable. John is a great lawyer now, and he has many years ahead to become even better.
