It is hardly ever under good circumstances that one would need an attorney, and my situation was among the majority. Mr. Hoeppner handled a few joint cases for me, both of which another law firm completely screwed up. I hired Josh to handle my expungement after contacting almost 20 different attorneys around the Tri-Cities , I knew Josh was the one to go with because he was the only attorney that returned my call the same day and he was very knowledgeable about the expungement process (something the other attorney...s lacked).
