Mr. Robbins is FABULOUS!!!
David took time out of his busy schedule to speak with me about my confusion I had over the PI ( public intoxication) charge I had gotten in Washington County, TN. I called his office, explained to his secretary about Avvo and him responding, and he took my call immediately. He gave me FREE advice and spoke with me for a good 30 minutes. I went to court house and did as he explained and I left court house with expungement papers which cleared my arrest record!! David I cant thank you enough!!! This attorney is not only knowledgeable but he is also compassionate!! I highly recommend. David Robbins!!!!!!! T. Wilson

Sometimes you can expect the unexpected
I came to Mr. Robbins with an extreamly difficult case (or at least I thought so). My daughter was born in FL and her mother didnt tell me for a month, so I wasnt on the birth cirtificate. Her mother had moved up to TN in Jan. 2009 but then moved back to FL within 6mo. After not staying in one place or state for more than 5mo. at a time, she started keeping my daughter from me, and concidering that they were in FL at the time I thought I would have to go there for any legal action. In Nov. 2010, i contacted Mr. Robbins and told him some about what I was going through, and didnt even know if the case could be heard in the state. He offered to do some research on it for me, and he done this research for free. After he done the research we had a conseltation and Mr. Robbins explained to me the Uniform Child Custody Jurisiction And Enforcement Act or UCCJEA and how we actually would have jurisdiction in TN so I hired Mr. Robbins and he filed the case. After I hired Mr. Robbins he still seemed to really care about my family, my situation, and most of the time it seemed like I was the most important client that he had. If I couldnt get ahold of him when I called he would always get back in touch with me. He kept me informed of what was going on with the case, and i would keep good records to try to make his job easier. Mr. Robbins rates were very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the whole process.A custody case is never easy on anyone, but Mr. Robbins made it as easy and smooth of a process as it could have been. I am very happy with the services and the end result. I filed for full custody and thats exactly what i got.

"I have had the privilege of working with Mr. Robbins in a business contract dispute matter. Even in a matter on which we represented opposite sides, I have found Mr. Robbins to be professional, attentive, and most importantly a zealous representative for his clients' interests. I would not hestitate to recommend Mr. Robbins in any type of legal matter."
Probate Attorney | Jun 15
Relationship: Co-worker
"David Robbins's extremely proficient results speak for themselves. People who have seen him try jury cases say he is better than the "TV" lawyers. His general legal intellect is more than impressive. You can feel safe in any situation whether it be a long term estate planning case involving complex paper work, or the need for him to think on his feet during a trail. He is a very rare combination of a lawyer who is fantastic with a jury in a court of law or making sure complex estate work is handled diligently, competently, skillfully. David is one lawyer that does not fear going to court, and he welcomes a jury with a smile. In short, if you want an amazing trial lawyer with the ability to handle complex legal matters, then I highly recommend Mr. Robbins."

"There's little praise greater a lawyer can give another lawyer than "If I had an issue myself, I'd call this lawyer first." That being said, if I ever have a legal issue of my own, the first person I'm calling is David Robbins. I've known Mr. Robbins since 2007 and I can tell you he is an attorney of the highest ethical and professional caliber you will find anywhere.
