I understand people. I have worked hard to gain broad experience in all areas of civil litigation, labor & employment, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution and alternative dispute resolution. The softskill insight necessary to connect with all types of people toward a mutually beneficial solution has been my passion for most of my legal career, and all of my life. I "specialize" in the most challenging issues: difficult personnel & management, elder & family care mediation (having the "family talk" during transition times, church conflict, personal and business communication challenges, etc. I have developed the capacity to navigate difficult circumstances and crises with poise and resolve.

Very professional lawyer
