We went to Martin Pierce for revisions to existing trusts, and to prepare an additional new trust.. We were shocked by the documents that he prepared for us. After two lengthy meetings with him where very clear instructions were given, and were he took copious notes, he repeatedly failed to make re...
Unfortunately, these clients (husband and wife) fought with each other in my office concerning their planning objectives -- cannot please everyone all the time and for some, cannot please them any of the time!
