Flawless Estate Planning & Great Probate Advice
Mr. Pierce and his staff are exceptionally professional, insightful, thorough and kind. He was recommended to me by two different friends in the legal community when my late husband died. Mr. Pierce helped me with a multi-state probate and has drafted all of my estate planning documents. Because I've lived in several states and have had to update estate planning in each state I've experienced the estate planning process on multiple occasions. I found Mr. Pierce to be especially conscientious about ensuring that he understood my wishes and that I fully understood all of my options and the documents.

Martin Pierce
Mr. Pierce was personable and professional. His experience and standing in the estate planning community led us to seek his guidance with some sensitive family circumstances. In addition, he was accommodative and flexible enough to meet me at my residence. I recommend Mr Pierce with full confidence that he will exceed your expectations.

Excellent Knowledgeable Resources
Martin Pierce has worked with families served by our organization for more than ten years. His experience has been invaluable helping families navigate the complicated maze of legal transition through conservatorship/guardianship, as well as special needs trust and estate planning options. I never have to be concerned when I refer families to Martin Pierce for legal assistance. I know that they will be guided through the process with understanding and he will do all he can to facilitate even non-legal connections and supports for the families he serves. Martin Pierce is truly a community partner in serving families affected by disability. He gives back to the community through workshops and training throughout the year, supporting both families and community organizations.

highly recommend
Martin was very nice and he has a great staff -- documents well done and comprehnsive, well explained, and just a pleasure all around gave us options and good advice priced more reasonably than others in area and didn't have to go downtown (parked at the door)

A Terrible and Costly Experience
We went to Martin Pierce for revisions to existing trusts, and to prepare an additional new trust.. We were shocked by the documents that he prepared for us. After two lengthy meetings with him where very clear instructions were given, and were he took copious notes, he repeatedly failed to make requested changes, he failed to include requested provisions, he included ridiculously excessive “boiler plate” provisions, and he completely and repeatedly failed to address the intent of the new trust. It was for educational expenses for our daughter's children, with limitations, but he made it first for all of our grandchildren, with no limitations, and then for all of our grandchildren except our daughter's children.

Response from Martin Pierce August 3, 2018
Unfortunately, these clients (husband and wife) fought with each other in my office concerning their planning objectives -- cannot please everyone all the time and for some, cannot please them any of the time! As you can see from ALL of my other Reviews -- both from Clients and other attorneys, this is not at all who I am or who my staff and office are about. We look forward to serving you and doing excellent work for you! Martin
