I practice focuses primarily on tax exempt organizations, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, and tax matters.
I serve on the Boards of Directors of three private foundations and of Bryan College of Dayton, Tennessee.
I also served one term as a member of the House of Delegates of the Tennessee Bar Association and was appointed by President Gerald Ford as a member of the first Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation in 1974.
