Radford Harlan Dimmick

I am currently using Mr. Dimmick. I must say he is one of the most sympathetic and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He listens, he is very thorough in his investigations of the case. He takes his time to explain things and makes sure you understand everything. He answers every ...single question. He responds promptly to emails. He is honest and upfront about the case,, how he will handle the case,, and what happens each step of the way. If he is unable to answer your phone calls he returns the calls as soon as humanly possible. He has an absolutely wonderful personality and maintains an excellent professionalism. I would not hesitate one second to use his services again and I will certainly recommend him to anyone!

Wow there's so much that I can say about Mr. Dimmick! My stepfather died with a substantial estate. Unfortunately he didn't leave a will. Mr. Dimmick explained the process in layman's terms. I've been practicing law for 23 years...but there are things that even I don't know. When i run into one of those, I call Rad Dimmick. He has represented me in multiple matters, not the least of which was a breach of contract on the sale of our primary home. The buyer backed out last minute with no ...reason... the Realtor said "Oh well... this happens. We will just sell it to somoene else". ??? I said What??? "THIS doesn't happen... at least not legally!". Now we have two homes, two mortgages, and alot of stress. This buyer was not willing to close on our home.
