Divorce and Separation 40%

A divorce lawyer helps you if you no longer want to be married. Whether you want a legal separation or the marriage ended, divorce lawyers assist you to arrange financial and family matters, typically in a negotiation with your spouse's lawyer. Alimony, child custody, child support, and a fair division of community assets (like who keeps the house or how your checking and savings accounts are divided) are matters that a divorce lawyer is trained to help determine.

Laura

As a former paralegal I was not looking forward to hiring an attorney when I knew it was inevitable. I know how difficult it can be to get an attorney that wants a particular case and has the time to work on that case. Radford was attentive from the beginning and it was apparent to me very quickly th...at he "got it". He understood the difficulty of closing an estate between grieving family members and was able to give me the truth, good legal advice and be respectful of the emotional circumstances. I know first hand how infuriating it is to summarize your case each time you have contact with your attorney. I never did that with Radford---because he was actually working on it! He made the process seamless and I wasn't blinded with anxiety. That is really all a client can ask for---no matter the outcome, the honesty and dedication was confirmation we made the right choice.

He is the greatest!

I hired Radford for a family law case. He was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. He was always very upfront and honest about my options and any obstacles. He was great at communicating, always easy to get in touch with, and spoke to me like a friend, not just a client. He listene...d to my story, studied my evidence, learned my case, and took advantage of every law and process in my favor to get me a win. You will not regret hiring Mr. Dimmick.

Highly Recommended

I have had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Dimmick not only for family matters, but for a business dispute as well. He is very knowledgable and forthright, as well as sensitive and responsive. In one case, I was suing my business partner for a reasonable settlement when my partner was being unreasonable.... Mr. Dimmick fairly and equitably negotiated and settled the matter without us needing to go to trial, AND I received the settlement I was looking for. More recently, I was seeking an increase in child support. My ex's salary had more than doubled since the initial amount was set. My ex is known for his bullying tactics and irrational negotiating. Mr. Dimmick most definitely has quite the backbone and not only didn't accept my ex's lame excuses, he refuted them by quoting the laws that were being broken. I had several items to negotiate if we were unable to reach an agreement. Through Mr. Dimmick's superlative skills and knowledge as well as his ability to effectively communicate, I was awarded everything I asked for. This far exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this attorney. He possesses all the qualities you would never expect to find in a lawyer: trustworthy; honest; forthright; knowledgable and fair.

He helped me a lot

My business partners tried to take our company away from me. I was scared and they took advantage of me being scared. Radford was patient with me and explained all my choices to me without making me feel stupid. He got my equity out of the company for me and held my partners accountable. He did a gre...at job!

DO NOT HIRE RADFORD DIMMICK I PAID HIM $7500 TO INSULT AND BERATE ME AND TO GIVE UP A TRUCK

Paid this clown $7500 bucks-not only did he strongly advise me NOT to accept my dads old pick up truck as my inheritance-explaining how he would “deposition the b***h” and all the lawyer HOGWASH empty promises of a trial and settlement….His whole demeanor changed when 6 months passed and I sent an ...email asking what was taking so long-he ripped into me for “disrespecting him” (he’s incredibly sensitive) but then he continued to belittle and berate me and the only advice he offered in 14 months telling me to “DRINK SOME WHISKEY!” Wtf!? And then 9 more months passed guess how this ends guys!!!! He has nothing to go on A incredibly suspicious will was revised 4 weeks before my fathers death. It was poorly worded and made no mention of his children or anything just left everything to his Venezuelan wife -who wanted him dead. Do not hire Radford Dimmick. He did nothing but pour salt in a very ugly wound for me, never replied to anything in writing (so he could deny saying it!!!!) HE INSTRUCTED ME TO NOT ACCEPT MY DADS OLD PICKUP HE CHARGED ME $7500 “NON REFUNDABLE” RETAINER and in our very last exchange I told him I would leave a detailed honest review-his pitiful reply!!?? “Don’t you want your unearned portion of the retainer back, is this really my fault?” He really piped down from the chewing he gave me on the phone (I’m not done here with this paragraph I’m just getting my template set) He sends mostly midnight emails …which is a red flag-replies to 90% of written correspondence with a call -and found by case by one of those online lawyer pools. Don’t trust a lawyer period but esp one that hunts for cases and convinces you he will win your case at 330. He didn’t even remember anything. He didn’t remember the dually at all-although it was mentioned 10 times upon hiring Radford. When I reminded him in detail his memory came back about it and only that he didn’t tell me to not accept it. Such a liar. Big mistake. I’m not sure if this guy has turned to other ways of life but I promise you the 5 star reviews on here were nothing remotely close to my experience. STAY FAR AWAY FROM RADFORD DIMMICK IM IN PROCESS OF HAVING HIM HELD TO THE FIRE FOR HIS NEGLIGENT “WORK”

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Mr. Dimmick for many years. I once practiced in an office down the hall, and had the privilege of being able to walk in and "pick his brain" almost anytime I needed. When I personally needed a Will I went to Rad. (... and I know you would think a lawyer would be able to draft his own Will. But I needed experience.) Rad was my first choice. When my grandfather passed and I needed probate help... same thing. I have always been able to depend on Rad for a answer to my legal question about Wills and Estate Planning... and then some. I am happy to endorse my friend Radford Dimmick as a "go to" lawyer on Wills, Probate & Estate Planning."
