she is a money hungry lawyer, supposed to be an amicable divorce yet she stalled the process and insisted on stupid documents for more money when the same thing was already covered in mda!! requested a phone call due to deadline and 48hours later still heard nothing although was told by former she sa...id would call me today, lies! she is very one sided even in amicable divorce!! would NOT recommend her whatsoever ever! told my former i was making a big mistake on a decision i made to move forward and get out of debt because i was left holding everything after he walked out after a 3 year affair!! none of her business and she needs to think of how she would be, oh wait she can’t because she is financially set and doesn’t have to worry about that like the normal people do!! terrible person and lawyer , she is gonna cost her client valuable money because of her greatness!! i am done being nice i have bent over backwards for him and bet she doesn’t know that but it will come out!! DO KOT HIRE HER , aweful

Kim is a very intelligent lady and was very patient with me. She took extra time to explain my rights to me and when we went to court, I knew had the best lawyer in the courthouse. Her assistant always told me the status of my case and was helpful when I asked. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but... if I do, I know who I am calling.

We spoke to various attorneys including Kim Gilleland, who was well recommended, before making a decision on who we would choose to represent us in a delicate legal matter. We chose Kim based on her previous experience and her overall character that portrays confidence. There was great clarity from t...he beginning, communication with her was excellent. When there was a time crunch and the case called for it she was highly available including fielding questions and concerns sometimes during the latest hours of the night, passed midnight and into the next morning hours. When it came time to do what she had to do, as we were nervous, her preparation and poise in and out of court showed. In sales almost all my life I am highly critical of any kind of pitch or public address. Kim was above standard in the court room, where I would guess her experience took control and she delivered above any of my expectations. As for using her again, thanks to her, we hope it never to be necessary. However, if there were ever a reason to require the services of an attorney in this field or practice, we would not hesitate to consider her our only choice period! My wife and I highly recommend Kim Gilleland! I strongly believe that without her on our side our outcome would not have been the same. Thank you Kim!
