Good at what he does
I had a schedule 6 drug possession charge. Had I gone with a public defender, or a less experienced lawyer, I undoubtedly would have lost my case. However, Mr. Overton was able to bring my case back from the precipice, and get it dismissed altogether. Excellent lawyer.

Felony Drug Charges
My 20 something child was with a friend when they got arrested on felony drug charges. The police arrested my child too. The "friend" tried to pin the drugs on my child.
