He charged me $3000 dollars for a case that I already knew was going to get dismissed but I asked him to get the person to admit to lying or telling the truth under oath that I had proof of for something I had planned at a later date. For starters I sent him the emails and proof he requested and ...never heard from him again. I had to call his to tell him I was there at the courthouse and ask was he coming. He changed my court date to fit his schedule but then didn't have time to show up at my courtroom because he had to many other clients. I was asked several times by the doorman, the DA and other ppl there did I pay him becasue everytime they called my name (about 9 or 10x) he wasn't there so they kept calling him to tell him to come up there, which he didn't. When he did, we had a hearing that he was very unprepared for, he played the wrong videos and neglected the one that had all the proof on it. I wrote him an email about how I felt about his services and all he kept saying if I wanted he to be there in court to hold my hand I would have needed to pay him more money. He don't see the problem because he has other clients too. He took no accountability and was hostile about my concerns. I will be filing a complaint with the bar at this point. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! It so much I'm missing but you get the gist.
