I have over 25 years experience representing clients when they are in the worse possible financial situation.
I am a Student Loan Lawyer. I assist clients with their student loan debt. My main focus is getting Student Loans out of Default and into a reasonable and affordable repayment plan. I can also assist with discharging student loans. Often times I use the Bankruptcy Process to manage both Federal and Private Student Loans.
I can assist with tax refund interception and benefit offset.
I can also assist with Student Loan Collection Defense. Often times clients are being sued in Court for Defaulted Private and Federal Student Loans. I have been quite successful in obtaining favorable settlements in this area.
I also practice Bankruptcy Law. We can file either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 case to address your credit card debt, payday loans, and tax debt.
We can stop a foreclosure, stop a vehicle repo, as well as a wage garnishment.

Great Student Loan problem solver
