Sean’s practice focuses on two areas: Personal Injury and Family Law.
PERSONAL INJURY
In personal injury cases, Sean represents individuals who are injured due to the fault of another. He holds the at-fault party responsible for his or her conduct and, when an insurance company is involved, he makes sure the company pays for the mistake(s) of their insured.
In representing individuals against persons or companies who often have large war chests to fight an injured party’s just claim for compensation, Sean uses his education, training and experience—including his past experience as an insurance company attorney—to “level the playing field” and see that his clients get the compensation to which they are entitled.
If you have been injured at the hands of another—either a person, persons, company or corporation—please contact Sean so that he may evaluate your case.
You should be aware that most personal injury claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date of injury. If you have been injured in the past year, please contact Sean as soon as possible so that he can assist you with getting the compensation you deserve.
In personal injury cases, Sean does not charge a fee unless he WINS.
FAMILY LAW
Sean’s experience with family law began in Judge Shipley’s Court, where he was her clerk for two (2) years after law school. He assisted the Judge with all aspects of her family docket with issues ranging from simple uncontested divorces to complex child custody cases and everything in between.
Since then, he has represented both men and women in every conceivable domestic situation, including cases where emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse of one party or the parties’ children has been alleged. Sean has the training, experience, and, perhaps more importantly, the temperament to assist you with your family law case.
If you find yourself in need of a family lawyer, please contact Sean. He will answer all of your questions, and be with your throughout the emotional process of family litigation.
