Going through a divorce is not something I ever thought I would have to do and when this became a reality in my life, I researched lawyers in depth before deciding to hire Lindsey to represent me. From the first meeting, it was evident that she was knowledgeable in her field and would do her best to ...ensure that I walked away with an equitable deal. She was calm and collected, often being met with resistance and tears on my end- which is to be expected during an emotionally taxing event such as a divorce. She helped me to look at matters rationally and fairly. It is easy to want to be vindictive and to play the victim and she helped me work though these feelings and to be logical. I do feel like there was a lack of communication between her and the partner at times when items were supposed to be taken care of but it didn't impact the length of my divorce. It just caused me to have to follow up more than I felt was necessary to ensure that items were followed through on. Overall I was pleased with the amount of time the divorce took and felt like Lindsey worked to ensure that I would be okay when all was said and done.

Lindsey is amazing! She took my broken spirit and not only gave me hope that I would be okay but gave me support. I hired a lawyer before Lindsey that should never practice law again. She was only interested in collecting a check. I had 14 months of the divorce process with no end insight behind ...me. I was feeling pretty beat up and losing confidence steadily. But I assured her that I had to hire a new lawyer. We were so impressed with Lindsey! For the first time in over a year I felt reassured, supported and I knew I had made the right choice. As time went on my worries lifted. I had someone that knew what they were doing and would back me up! Lindsey was a blessing and I'll always be grateful to her.
