Licensed in 1998, I began my legal career as General Counsel for a growing software company called Transcender Corporation. In 2000, I opened my first law practice in Nashville, TN handling mostly criminal matters in both state and federal court. By 2003, my practice was handling mostly personal injury cases and some corporate work. I relocated my practice to Memphis, TN in 2010 and handle mostly personal injury cases including auto accidents and slip and fall cases. I also have some corporate clients. I have tried over 30 criminal cases before a jury and over 20 civil cases before a jury. I am a diligent advocate for all my clients. I also represent attorneys and judges before the Board of Professional Responsibility.

David and his associates and staff are remarkably efficient in turning cases over. I've had cases in association with David and handled files he has referred to me for handling. We've had nothing but good results on those files. Also, for PI work, you won't likely get a faster turn-around anywhere in Memphis. Their system is very streamlined and efficient.

David and I were on opposite sides of a motor vehicle accident. During the development of discovery, it because apparent that his side had some medical causation problems. At a mediation, he resolved the case in a very favorable manner for his clients.
