I grew up in Middle Tennessee and graduted from Brentwood High School in 1993. I graduated from Samford University in 1997.
I had the privilege of working for the Williamson County Circuit Court Judges while I was in law school. That experience gave me valuable insight into the judicial system which I have used to effectively represent my clients. I began my practice in 2005 serving clients in Middle Tennessee.
In 2007, I was appointed to serve as a Juvenile Magistrate for Williamson County on a part-time basis. In that role, I preside over court proceedings involving custody matters and deliquency cases.
My goal is to provide each client with effective and professional representation. I believe communication with my clients is important to build trust and to provide valuable information to them regarding their cases.

For years I tried doing it on my own and trying to find ways to get it done. Josh was a God-send. His advice and experience got it done quickly and in a manner ...
