I represent clients in divorce and post-divorce matters, including issues regarding child support and parenting plans. Uncontested divorces are also a favorable option for most clients and I can prepare these documents in a timely fashion on your behalf.

Probate law is my primary area of practice. If your loved one passes away, then he or she will most likely have an estate that will need to be probated. If your loved one had a will and appointed you as executor, then it is your job to retain an attorney to assure that the estate is properly administered. Even if your loved one did not have a will, their estate may still need to be probated and TN law will determine who serves as administrator and how the estate is divided.

I assist clients in the preparation of wills, living wills, healthcare powers of attorney, and durable powers of attorney. If you have recently gotten married, had a child, divorced, or had any other significant change in your life, it is an excellent time to address or revise your estate planning.

Insurance defense is a main area of practice at my firm, which provides us with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate personal injury cases. I have found that this insight assists me greatly when evaluating and settling personal injury claims on behalf of my clients.
