This was the worst professional experience I’ve had in my life. During a highly sensitive and critical phase—my divorce—this lawyer failed me completely. Key motions were missed, communication was nonexistent, and I was left in one of the most vulnerable positions imaginable, both legally and emotion...ally. I’m still dealing with the consequences of their negligence. Despite taking full payment, he showed little interest in advocating for me or protecting my rights. I would strongly advise others to seek representation elsewhere.

I hired Mitchell to help resolve a difficult dispute with my three business partners in mid 2024. We eventually split up the business. Mitchell helped me analyze the books and records to figure out that one of my partners was stealing money and clients. Mitchell sent a demand letter and negotiated wi...th my partner. We went to mediation in November without filing a lawsuit. It was not cheap, but I was glad Mitchell helped us keep everything private and resolve the dispute. He is a very sharp guy and had some creative ideas that allowed everyone to go their separate ways without tearing each other apart. Mediator was great too. I'm still working with Mitchell for my new business and glad he's on my team.

My husband and I hired Mitchell to prepare our estate plan, and we had a very good experience. We have a blended family and two businesses, so our plan is pretty complicated. We met with Mitchell twice to design our estate plan strategy. Each meeting lasted at least two hours, and Mitchell did an ...excellent job educating us and helping us choose the best plan for our family.We chose to implement three different trusts and two LLCs. Mitchell charged us a flat rate comparable to the other attorneys we spoke to. We paid half upfront, and the other half when we signed our final documents. Mitchell told us it would take 6 to 8 weeks to prepare our documents which was fine. However, around week six we had a change in one of our businesses and needed to contact Mitchell to discuss possibly changing a piece of our plan. It took about six days to connect with Mitchell. We understand his schedule can be very busy, but this was a bit irritating. When Mitchell returned our call, he agreed that we needed to make an adjustment to the plan, and he offered to make the change without an additional charge. We also scheduled a meeting to review and sign our documents. The review meeting lasted about three hours. We were very impressed with Mitchell’s thoroughness and attention to detail and personalization that he put into our estate plan. We signed our documents that day and were very pleased. Mitchell sent us electronic copies of our signed documents after the meeting. About two weeks later, we received a beautiful blue leather binder containing our original estate plan documents. Very happy with the end results. We feel well prepared should anything happened to us.

I have been trying to contact him for close to a year and have got no response from. He... will get your case only so far then leave you in limbo. If you like setting money on fire, hire mitchell. If you have lost a loved one I'm sorry for your loss but please don't let this man take advantage of you. How this man is allowed to practice law I have no idea, I have lodged a complaint with the Bar and so have several others. When you think of sleazy lawyers this is the type of scum you're picturing.
