Mitchell Ray Miller

I hired Mitchell to help resolve a difficult dispute with my three business partners in mid 2024. We eventually split up the business. Mitchell helped me analyze the books and records to figure out that one of my partners was stealing money and clients. Mitchell sent a demand letter and negotiated wi...th my partner. We went to mediation in November without filing a lawsuit. It was not cheap, but I was glad Mitchell helped us keep everything private and resolve the dispute. He is a very sharp guy and had some creative ideas that allowed everyone to go their separate ways without tearing each other apart. Mediator was great too. I'm still working with Mitchell for my new business and glad he's on my team.

I was a witness to an emergency will signing in a hospital for a man who had only day to live. Mr. Miller made and delivered the will the same day. What was truly amazing was how he cared for all the parties involved. The family considered some things he said were legally improper. He was able to e...xplain the law to them and communicate with a family member in another country and bring them together on what needed to be done. It was so emotional, I had to leave the room. But, he never varied in his concern or legal professionalism. I was genuinely surprised an attorney could be so empathetic. I would hire him without a reservation.

I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that the experience I had with Mr Miller was amazing. He was appointed to me to represent me in a case and I could not have been happier with his professionalism and kindness towards me. The efforts he made on my behalf were extremely thorough and we...ll beyond what was asked of him. I know that everyone who goes through any type of case always states "I didn't do it, or I'm innocent" but mine truly was a misunderstanding. I had NEVER been in court before and he put me at ease that everything was under control. I would recommend him over and over again. I had so many different images about what a lawyer and attorney was suppose to act like and treat you and he surprised me on all levels of his down to earth demeanor and professionalism at the same time. Very smart and driven to help his client no matter the reason. Thumbs up to you Mr. Miller and recommendations over and over again. Thank you for changing my perspective of what the process was in mind.
