Caring and Smart Attorney

I was a witness to an emergency will signing in a hospital for a man who had only day to live. Mr. Miller made and delivered the will the same day. What was truly amazing was how he cared for all the parties involved. The family considered some things he said were legally improper. He was able to e...xplain the law to them and communicate with a family member in another country and bring them together on what needed to be done. It was so emotional, I had to leave the room. But, he never varied in his concern or legal professionalism. I was genuinely surprised an attorney could be so empathetic. I would hire him without a reservation.

Irresponsible and Insensible

I hired Mitchell last December to be my divorce counsel. He seems knowledgable, but he lack of transparency, his lack of ethics and his disorganization are traits that make him an appalling lawyer. Going through a divorce is a very stressful moment as it is, and having Mitchell as a lawyer made thin...gs much more challenging. Don't hire him!

The Best!!

Mitchell is an excellent lawyer who really cares about his clients. He fought hard for me, even when I wanted to give up. He is very intelligent, knows his way around the courtroom, and was always responsive to me- even after normal work hours. I highly recommend!

Poor attitude, poor service

Mr. Miller and I connected through AVVO. He answered a legal question very well and later agreed to represent me. We had a case coming up in a few weeks. Mr. Miller pushed everything to the last second. He wrote decent motions/responses, but missed every deadline so that I had to sit up half the nigh...t waiting to review them and wound up having to file some of them myself. He made statements that made me feel he was not on my side. When I called him on it, he cut off contact with me three weeks before a final hearing and continued to stonewall me until I filed a complaint against him. He used that as his excuse to withdraw 11 days before my final hearing. Mr. Miller is very young, a relatively new attorney and easily offended millennial. Hopefully he will improve with experience, but I had a very brief, very bad experience with him and cannot recommend him. He misses deadlines, evades responsibility and may ditch your case the way he did mine.

"I am endorsing attorney Miller based upon his outstanding responses on Avvo to individuals who need assistance with business law issues. It is clear that Mr. Miller firmly grasps business law issues and can educate individuals about their options. Recently, I read one of Mr. Miller's responses which went above and beyond what most attorneys do to assist individuals on Avvo. It is refreshing to see attorneys such as Mr. Miller provide thorough and complete business explanations regarding the U.C.C. and the options individuals have under the same. I have no doubt that Mr. Miller would do just as much if not more for clients fortunate enough to retain him. Sincerely, Ahad Syed"
