I graciously gave Lauren a 1 star rating. Her lack of communication was my biggest problem. Her lack of empathy and work ethic were her final downfalls. It took longer to get my child support worksheet updated than it did my divorce 5 years prior. Un Professionalism is NOT acceptable when working w...ith a Lawyer. I felt like my teenager was communicating with me when she would finally respond through text message after months.

I recently worked with Lauren Castles on a custody case, and had a terrible experience. We told her everything to do with our case in the beginning and she forgot almost everything! She told us she needed a certain amount of money to retain her and assured us it would take that much money to get to w...here we wanted to be. In the end it only took half that amount and of course she kept the rest! She didn't tell us anything about the process we had to go through, so it was one surprise after another, which cost us time and money. She would not contact us for months until i perused her for information about our case. I personally had to do all the footwork and research! Overall I would not recommend Lauren Castles to anyone. It would have been easier and cheaper for us to just peruse our case without her service, or lack there of!
