I graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and later earned my law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2004. I soon joined the public defender’s office where I worked for four successful years. I believed that, in starting my own practice, I could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2008, I founded The Law Office of Donna Wagner, which has allowed me to fully realize my passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

I take pride in my reputation for providing personalized service to every client. I handle every aspect of your case myself, and I am the one who answers the phone when you call with questions or concerns. If I am not immediately available to speak with you when you call, I will follow up with you at my very first opportunity.

• A right to be kept informed of all action taken by the lawyer on your behalf, including copies of all correspondence sent in your case and pleadings filed on your behalf.
• A right to have your phone calls returned by your lawyer or her representative within 24 hours. If your lawyer is unable to speak with you herself, you have a right to be told when to expect her to return your call and the reason for any delay over 24 hours.

• A right to file a complaint with the Board of Professional Responsibility for Tennessee if you feel your lawyer’s actions in your case have been inappropriate.
