I needed some help with a small estate affidavit after my father passed. I live out of the state of Tennessee making it very difficult to get straight answers from anyone and eventually finding that a couple lawyers were trying to nickel and dime me - starting with one price and then coming back with... another. Then I found Tara. She was the answer to my prayers: upfront, informative, confident, and most importantly, honest. She quoted me a flat fee for the work and filing fees for probate court, she constantly kept me informed with paperwork updates and the like. She was empathic to the fact that I was dealing with a stressful situation. The human element of the law is hard to find sometimes. I really appreciated that coming from Tara. She's got a great sense of humor, too, which is usually important in times like these. She takes her work very seriously. She also - after no longer being her client - answered my emails full of questions and met with me to go over things in person once I'd gotten into town. I thought she was great and I feel so lucky to have found her. I'd definitely recommend Tara.
