I am a Litigator with a Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” rating in Litigation, Construction Law and Insurance by other attorneys, peers and judges. According to Martindale-Hubbell, “An AV certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment attesting to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”
For over 21 years I have specialized in civil litigation. I litigate and try cases in court. Typically, that involves wrongful death, personal injury, contract disputes and construction defects. I have had the privilege and opportunity to try many jury trials, to include wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. My experience includes work-place explosion, trucking accident, medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability cases. In addition, I have had extraordinary opportunities to handle complex construction litigation. Construction cases have ranged from single-family starter homes to million dollar custom homes, and from commercial to complex condominium construction.
In bodily injury and construction cases, I seek to enforce indemnity agreements and additional insured agreements. I am used to pursuing the indemnity and additional insured angles, recovering clients’ defense and indemnity dollars.
I practice throughout Alabama and Mississippi. See my website at .

"Mr. Collier is n extremely talented and well respected attorney in the Mobile personal injury legal community, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who knows the law and truly cares about protecting the rights of his clients and getting them the most favorable result possible."
"Over the years I have worked opposite of Danny on many litigation files. He has always been thoroughly prepared for trial and he has done an excellent job for his clients. He is a tough adversary yet still very well respected."
"I had an oppurtunity to work closely with Danny on a complicated case with mutiple plaintiffs and defendants. The legal issues involved were too numerous to count. Danny exhibited very innovative skills and legal knowlege in provided a most excellent defense to his client and ultimately obtained summary judgment in his client's favor avoiding what would have been a very lengthy and expensive trial."
