THE BEST LAWYER EVER

Mr. Hall was highly recommended to me during the worst nightmare of my life. I was told he was “the best lawyer in town” and “he’s a shark.” Mr. Hall almost immediately became “Billy” to me. His professionalism is impeccable. I found him to be bold and direct yet compassionate and sensitive to my emotions and stress levels. His experience and knowledge allowed him to present facts and scenarios to me far beyond my thinking at this time. His demeanor provided me with an emotional stability and assurance that I WAS going to get through this and be ok. Bill has handled several modifications for us over the past 3 years. It hasn't been pleasant to go through these things but in the end we found Bill to be honest, ethical, strong, knowlegable, consistent, determined. There is no fluff with Bill Hall. In the end, I would recommend him every time.

The best!

Mr. Hall was my attorney during one of the worst times in my life. I felt scared to death making that initial appointment with him because of the things going on in my life at the time. It feels scary and intimidating having to explain complicated personal issues to a stranger and hoping you are making the right decision hiring this person to represent you. It was clear from the start that Mr. Hall was very professional and honest. Over the next months during my case I found that Mr. Hall was understanding and kind, even when he didn't agree with me. And for me personally that was what I needed and I think is most important, that you feel heard and understood. Divorce is complicated and you need someone with experience guiding you and that is what you get with Mr. Hall. Mr. Hall and his entire staff is professional and caring and I am certain that they are the very best in Huntsville. I will be forever grateful for the work they did for me and their patience towards me during such a difficult time!

The BEST!!

Mr. Bill Hall was absolutely incredible!! He guided me on the hardest journey of my life. He, along with the awesome Mrs. Catherine, were the DREAM TEAM! They were on top of everything that came our way! My goal was to protect my children. That became their goal as well! When you face this hard battle and you want not only the best lawyers but also the most ethical, you need this team!! The entire team can not be beat!! I was in the best hands!

The Absolute Best!!!!

If you want results, look no further. Mr. Hall and his team of professionals are hands down the absolute best. Mr. Hall represented me during a very high conflict divorce and he delivered. He is very honest, straight forward and extremely knowledgable. His expertise is unparalleled. Behind the scenes, he is a very protective gentle giant with his clients but on the battlefield, he is a ferocious purebred Bullmastiff when facing the opponent. I would not have survived the nasty court battle without him on my side. I will be forever grateful to Mr. Hall and his team.

Excellent Attorney

Billy is an Excellent attorney who does a very good job at getting to the crucial facts of the case. He is very, very good at arguing the case in the Courtroom, and he is very level-headed. It was a pleasure working with Billy in what was an incredibly difficult case. And he always kept his cool, and focused on the end game. There is none better than Billy.

Fantastic Lawyer

Was very helpful in a stressful battle. He is very honest, open and detailed. There was so much information in our case and nothing got by him. He was so prepared and remembers everything you tell him. He was always willing to take phone calls and willing to meet with you whenever needed. There were multiple Sunday or late afternoon meetings. I agree he is a pitbull in the courtroom which is what you need in these situations. His entire staff is AWESOME. I hope to never go through anything like that again but if I do, I will definitely use him and would recommend anyone going through a custody battle to do yourself a favor and hire him. Was very impressed with him.

Top Notch Lawyer

I went to Mr. Hall after a long and drawn out separation using other representation. I wish that I started my case with him. He provided sound and fair advice, without inciting more conflict. He's very direct, didn't waste my time, and told me where to focus my efforts, and what things I had to live with. Mr. Hall has represented me in two pendente-lite cases, one pre and one post-divorce. In both cases, he was better prepared than opposing counsel, producing a favorable outcome. He also satisfactorily settled my divorce in a timely manner. I would unequivocally recommend Mr. Hall to anyone seeking Family Law assistance.

As Advertised

Having been "highly recommended" to Bill Hall by a Judge regarding a child custody issue, I had no idea who Mr. Hall was or anything else about his practice. After having him represent me on more than one case since, some of which were difficult in nature, I could not possibly recommend him any higher. I have referred several others to him of which those that I have remained in contact with share my feelings about his work. His incredible memory and attentiveness to detail are nothing short of amazing and beneficial every step of the way. You can give him the facts of your case and rest assured the rest of it will be taken care of. He is not inexpensive, but he is quality.

Extremely Professional, Reliable, and Informative

As a young, single mother struggling within the time constraints of finishing a scholarly thesis for graduation, Mr. Hall became highly recommended by another law firm. With this very emotionally hectic time in my life, his staff at his law firm welcomed me, and worked collaboratively as a team: to keep me well informed. During our first consultation, I was advised of my parental rights [in accordance with the state of Alabama], when beforehand I was unaware of them. Mr. Hall's professionalism shined at all times. I realized the true value of actively listening to his guidance while he candidly informed us on “what-if” scenarios that might play a part in my child custody situation. His informative advice concerning my child custody dispute and also his commitment helped decrease my stress level. Mr. Hall created a comfortable office environment and often readily available on short notice. There were occurrences when Bill Hall agreed on accommodations at the last minute. I am happy with my decision to seek counsel from Mr. Hall and his law firm, as I will continue to do so henceforth. I highly recommend Bill Hall and his Associates.

Did not fight for me

I spent a number of years and a significant amount of money trying to fight my ex-spouse over a number of issues. I don't feel like when we finally went to court that Mr. Hall was prepared nor did he seem to care if I won or loss my case.
