Not aggressive or thorough enough
We do not feel that this lawyer was aggressive enough in the courtroom and did not present the evidence completely. The person we were up against had a lawyer who doesn't even specialize in our issue, he presented evidence that damned his own client yet we lost. It was partially the judge , however ...
