Not Enough Stars to Give!

Brian and his team are AMAZING! There isn't enough stars to be able to give them and nobody else I would recommend. My son was falsely accused of crimes he did not commit and this team was on top of every last detail. The opposing side did not even make it half way through and they dropped the case. ... I can never thank Cassandra enough for taking every last one of my phone calls some even twice a day. They took their time to find every last detail proving my sons innocence. Not once did this team make my family and I feel not important or that we were not their top priority. We loved that Brian is 100% straightforward and honest with every move of our case. He told us what the worst could be and the outcome we were going for at all times. Thank you so much for all of your support, patience, and help we can finally sleep again.

Over And Above Attorney

Mr. Mallonee has assisted my family with two (2) very difficult and extremely different cases in the past 2 years. In both cases, Brian was quick to develop a detailed action plan in the early stages of the problem. He did not go around in circles regarding what may or may not have happened. Inste...ad, he keyed in on positive steps which would improve the end result. He swiftly executed on the action plans in both cases which resulted in successful outcomes. We are very thankful to have had the chance to have Brian represent us as the case outcomes could have been negative for our family had Brian not been our attorney. If you are looking for an attorney that will provide a detailed list of necessary action items for resolving your problem and an attorney that will move quickly for resolution, then Brian is the attorney that you are looking for.

Smooth Experience

I hired Brian to help convert my community control sentence to regular probation. Out of 6 attorneys I had emailed asking for help, Brian was 1 of 2 that responded. He was very professional and made me feel like he knew what he was doing. His staff was very friendly and kept me updated the whole time.... Overall, Brian made what is usually a "nerve-racking" experience go very smooth and I would use his services again.

He went far beyond the call of duty, and spared my wife a long sentence (DUI case); compassionate and humane, and a great lawyer

My wife had gotten a 2nd DUI (within a year). We hired another lawyer, who was not doing a very good job (who knows, maybe he's a decent lawyer who helps most of his clients, but my wife was facing the max: 9 months, with some time off for good behavior, and her lawyer was evincing little interest in... her case). At the last moment - less than 48 hours before her court date/sentencing - - We made the switch and hired Brian, after I called him, explained the case, and gained confidence in him. It was very clear in our conversation that he understood this sort of case -- that is, that it's not simply a criminal matter, but that there is a human being involved who is clearly in need of help. Brian came up with several wise, creative approaches that would help her in the courtroom, but also, as importantly, help her continue to deal with her problem after she got out. We were all (other family members, friends were involved) extraordinarily impressed with the way that, in less than two days, he drove out to see her, talked with prosecutors and so on, and got her a very good deal. I cannot overstate how grateful we are, and how highly I would recommend Brian and his firm.
