When you are about to Lose Your Freedom, you’d Better have the Best there is to help you! I had a self-defense case go haywire that could have cost me my freedom and my right to vote, along with losing years of my life being incarcerated, so I am 100% glad I chose the Law Offices of Brian Mallonee...! I say “law offices,” because not only was Brian a superstar lawyer who knows the system’s ups and downs, the players, the laws, and the caveats, he did it all while keeping me calm and totally controlling the situation. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it, and even showed he knew how it would mostly wind up. His staff was there for me numerous times with the “months” of paperwork, the depositions, the explanations of processes and legal terminology and more, so I say, “Thank you, guys Very Much!” Never in a million years would I have thought that one bad evening and some “mixed officer reporting” might ruin my future like this situation could have. Brian and his staff handled this case and, more importantly, me (because I am not always easy to deal with). Imagine how distraught you’d be, looking at years behind bars! While doing all that, we got the work done that was needed, the paperwork filed, and the outcome we were looking for. You might purchase generic food from Wal-Mart (as I do –love the Great Value brand), but when it comes to your freedom, you’d better make certain you have the best, and these guys are it! Thank You Again!

Highly recommended

I left my florida vacation with a felony and two misdemeanors. Brian, Cassandra and his staff were easy to talk to about the details of the events that occurred. They were empathetic to my distress and confident in his ability to represent me. He was honest of potential outcomes, knowledgable, skillf...ul, and his aggressive disposition resulted in all charges being dropped before I ever had a chance to meet the guy. As an out of state client, I am beyond greatful. Brian's services are well worth the cost and are highly recommended.

Straight Forward, Honest, Results Orientated!

Mr. Mallonee is straightforward and honest. More importantly he knows how to navigate the legal system and get the results! I have been a client for over 6 years and he has helped my 2 older boys through (3) separate cases. In two of the cases the charges were completely dropped. In the third, my son... was offered a diversion program. Thank you Brian!
