Chadwick Joseph Lawrence

I hired this lawyer and boy do I ever regret it. He literally sat on my case for years without moving a finger. He had me doing his footwork. Never moved forward to get information on opposing counsel. The big day came and his tail was between his legs. He was sweating, concern, nervous, and was not ...ready to rebuttal. I immediately lost all hope. This lawyer talks the talk but for sure dose not walk the talk. Hes an ambulance chaser. does not care or is empathetic to others needs and his responsibility to his duties as a hired lawyer. Only sees fast outcomes without putting his clients needs ahead of his own, or any work into a successful strategy. Run from this man. Sees dollars sign for his own benefits not seeking justice for his clients. Buyer/ hire beware comes off down to earth (talks the talk) but when faced with action tail between his legs.

Hired him to be my attorney. Day 1 they reviewed my case. They took my case and told me no problem. In between waiting for my case I would call the office to let them know if I had more problems going on or scheduled surgery's etc. When I would call they made me feel like I was a burden on them. They... would tell me I didnt need to call and tell them these type of things. They dont need that information. I thought that was kinda weird....So a little over 2yrs goes by and I get a call saying when my case was. They set my prep date. I showed up for my prep date and Mr Chadwick Lawrence asks me, "What are doing here?!!!" I knew then I had no chance to win my case....Month later 2 weeks before my case Mr Chadwick Lawrence's office workers have me running around getting forms signed by Dr's which had me upset in a panic! I had to pay alot of money to have those forms filled out! It was a very stressful situation I should of never had to deal with nor put the money out that I had to borrow from people to have these forms filled out. I payed the Lawrence law firm to get all forms needed.... The day of my case Mr Lawrence asks me again, "What are we doing here?" Omg! Hes the lawyer asking me, a person with numerous disabilities, on a ton of medications, what we were doing here. Ummm uhhh really? He tells me I have a 50/50 chance of winning. After waiting 2 1/2yrs hes going to tell me this!!!!! He should of figured this out from day 1, or at least week 1. He wasted 2 1/2yrs of my life! Stressing on my case! So after the questions I was already stumped by he asks me if I was collecting off the government for my kids! I just wanted to run! This guy treated me like a criminal. I was his client!!! He didnt care if I won my case or not! Theres alot more I could go into but it would take forever......The rude lady at the front desk telling me, "Geesh! You have alot of medical records, this gonna cost you alot more than what you paid us already!" I should of fired him then but I was already months into the case. I cannot believe the rudeness of that whole office clientele. So yes, in the end he had me sign a withdraw from case. So I am looking for a new disability attorney now....Gonna add this too...I called Mr Lawrence's office after my case like he told me to do, and make sure he was there so he could talk to me and I could get my records back.... I called to set up app 3 different times. He just wasnt going to be in they told me. So I told them, I need my records that I payed you for....Went down to the office to get them. They werent even ready after giving them 3 days to get them ready. So I waited on the front desk to get them, shes digging through the papers, jibber jabbin some words about scanned in papers what have ya. She hands me a stack of papers. I get home go through them. Come to find out they were all my records I had already brought up to them that they made copies of. Omg!!!! I dont see how this attorney wins anything with the office help he has!.....Im still waiting to get my records, I payed for them to get. Probably will never get them....I stressed for 2 1/2yrs Mr Lawrence! You let me down on a cut n dry case. Hope nobody ever lets you down after 2 1/2yrs. Should of told me right up front if you thought I only had a 50/50 chance or you didnt want to take the case Mr Chadwick Lawrence.

Mr Lawrence took my disability case 2 years ago when I was denied. I have had 4 neck surgeries and have worked in dentistry for 33 years. My hearing was yesterday and I was so nervous because my family needs this. We talked for 30 minutes before, he informed me it could take somewhere around 20-30 mi...nutes. IT TOOK 5 MINUTES AND I WON. He's knowledgable not only about law, but the man could be a Dr. He's ethical and will not take a case if he feels you are not truthful. I would highly recommend him.
