Where do I begin? My case was complicated. I had two accidents 27 days apart. In the first accident, I was rear-ended at a red light. The car had virtually no property damage to the eye, but I was injured badly. The second accident was a head-on collision, causing new injuries, and the injuries from ...the first accident worsened. Both drivers had little or no insurance, and I had to fall back on my own uninsured motorist coverage. You would think since you’re dealing with your own insurance company, that you would be treated well, especially since you have been with them since 1994. Unfortunately, that is not the case. He made sure all my medical issues were being addressed. He spoke with my doctors, got me the surgeries I needed by very qualified physicians, and helped me put my life back together again. I have never experienced anyone with Todd Stern's professionalism, talent, and will to win before. I was involved in a bad motorcycle wreck. There were three individuals in the other car and no other witnesses. They all said it was my fault. Todd Stern went to work, and was able to prove scientifical...ly, by evidence, investigation, and by hard questioning of the defense, that the crash was their fault and I was blameless. The insurance company initially made no offer to settle, but by the time Todd Stern was through with them, they paid, and paid big. Todd was the ABSOLUTE BEST.......I called him my Bulldog, first off he and his staff actually return your phone calls, keep you informed of progress of case and really DO CARE. I have never seen someone who went "ALL IN" for anyone the way that Todd did for me, he dug and dug until every stone was tu...rned and then some. After my auto accident with an errant taxi, I was referred to Todd Stern by the Fran Haash Law Group.
