Where do I begin? My case was complicated. I had two accidents 27 days apart. In the first accident, I was rear-ended at a red light. The car had virtually no property damage to the eye, but I was injured badly. The second accident was a head-on collision, causing new injuries, and the injuries from ...the first accident worsened. Both drivers had little or no insurance, and I had to fall back on my own uninsured motorist coverage. You would think since you’re dealing with your own insurance company, that you would be treated well, especially since you have been with them since 1994. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have never experienced anyone with Todd Stern's professionalism, talent, and will to win before. I was involved in a bad motorcycle wreck. There were three individuals in the other car and no other witnesses. They all said it was my fault. After my auto accident with an errant taxi, I was referred to Todd Stern by the Fran Haash Law Group.
