Todd Stern

After my auto accident with an errant taxi, I was referred to Todd Stern by the Fran Haash Law Group. They told me this was because Mr. Stern is the best litigation attorney they know of, and they were right. The insurance company was based out of NY, and had been dragging their heels paying for auto... repairs and medical bills. But once Todd took over my case, things started happening very quickly. He filed summons, petitions, demands, objections… very timely and very aggressively representing my case. Every step of the way, Mr. Stern was on the phone with me keeping me informed of what was happening and what I could expect. He is confident, experienced, consistent and persistent. In the depositions, he kept the defense attorneys on their heels. During mediation, he stood his ground until the defense gave in and settled for a substantial amount. His assistants Lisa and Judy were both wonderful to work with. Lisa coordinated between my different physicians and hospitals, negotiated their astronomical bills down to the bare minimum expense, and was always available to take my calls to provide me with real time updates as things occurred. Judy was in constant communication with me, as well, emailing documents that needed signatures and explaining what everything meant in layman’s terms. I had the pleasure of meeting both ladies and thanking them in person. I am very pleased with the outcome of my personal injury case.
