Where do I begin? My case was complicated. I had two accidents 27 days apart. In the first accident, I was rear-ended at a red light. The car had virtually no property damage to the eye, but I was injured badly. The second accident was a head-on collision, causing new injuries, and the injuries from ...the first accident worsened. Both drivers had little or no insurance, and I had to fall back on my own uninsured motorist coverage. You would think since you’re dealing with your own insurance company, that you would be treated well, especially since you have been with them since 1994. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
