Where do I begin? My case was complicated. I had two accidents 27 days apart. In the first accident, I was rear-ended at a red light. The car had virtually no property damage to the eye, but I was injured badly. The second accident was a head-on collision, causing new injuries, and the injuries from ...the first accident worsened. Both drivers had little or no insurance, and I had to fall back on my own uninsured motorist coverage. You would think since you’re dealing with your own insurance company, that you would be treated well, especially since you have been with them since 1994. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I was hurt, and my own insurance company offered me virtually nothing. That’s where Todd Stern comes in. He thoroughly analyzed my case, legally and medically. He filed suit. He made sure all my medical issues were being addressed. He spoke with my doctors, got me the surgeries I needed by very qualified physicians, and helped me put my life back together again. He was very professional and attentive. I didn’t want to go into litigation, but he made me entirely comfortable and met with me for hours, and I was fully prepared. You could tell during my deposition that the opposing attorney had a lot of respect for him. After my auto accident with an errant taxi, I was referred to Todd Stern by the Fran Haash Law Group. Judy was in constant communication with me, as well, emailing documents that needed signatures and explaining what everything meant in layman’s terms.
