Allison has been a tremendous help to me and my children. She gave me great advice on what to ask for in court. She helped to insure that child support, alimony and out of pocket expenses were paid when they have previously not been paid. She has risen to my defense and helped to insure my restraining order from my exhusband and his a domestic Violence was enforced and followed. She has filed warrants for arrest when need to follow through with payment. She was able to get a case dismissed against me which was to increase visitation and lower child support. Visits were not be exercised so there was no need to change anything. Allison got this dismissed. She gave and continues to give me solid counsel. I have referred several friends who have retained Allison in their cases as well. I highly recommend Allison and her services. I only wish I had found her sooner. Thank you Allison for all your hard work.

Hired her from out of state. Charged 3k for a simple custody issue and waited until the last min to even ask about the case. Looked like a fool in court and told me she would be in touch after talking to another judge. Was never able to speak to her again. Was told I owed her more money and she was not my attorney any longer. Costed me custody of my child to another state and kept my money for doing NOTHING! Couldn't afford to hire another lawyer and got shut out of the case. Very dirty and think she took more than my money.

She actually gave information regarding a custody case to sabatoge the client she was suppose to be working for. Be vary careful if she's your attorney. I found this out from the opposing party we were trying to obtain child custody/visitation rights from that she helped them to prove their case by giving them info. Better off not to have hired her and then to have actually paid for her service to help only to find out she assisted in losing our case due to her own views. Plus her email communications have so many typos you wonder where she received her education.

Hiring an experienced family law attorney is the best way you get peace of mind when dealing with custody , visitation, spousal support, etc. Having a family law attorney's services helps ensure that nothing is left out of your case/claim or matter, which means that costly mistakes won't come back to bite you later.
