Do not hire this incompetent greedy firm!

If you want to spend tens of thousands of dollars on an attorney who shows up unprepared, visibly flustered, and drops the ball on basic evidence, this is the firm for you. Court appearances felt sloppy and disorganized, and at one point counsel even insulted the judge by rushing proceedings so she c...ould “get home to her son for spring break.” That alone should tell you everything. The billing practices feel shady and wildly overpriced for what amounts to very little actual work. Nearly $35,000 later, they managed to lose two motions and deliver a painfully poor litigation performance on what should have been a straightforward case. Jeana never prepared me for court and when I asked for a strategy call to go over what we are trying to prove, she yelled at me and told me that’s not how it’s done. There are far better attorneys who charge half the price and actually know how to advocate for their clients instead of burning through retainers. This firm appears far more interested in money than outcomes, and the lack of care is obvious. Save yourself the stress, the disappointment, and the financial hit. Look elsewhere.

Amazing Attorney

Excellent Attorney

I found Jeana after having abysmal results on my family case with another attorney who wasted my time and money. Right from the start Jeana's entire team, paralegal Barb and assistant Kristina, began reaching out to me to become knowledgeable on my case and walk me through next steps. Jeana did an o...utstanding job helping me develop a strategy and analyzing a course of action that would be in my best interest as the client. Her communication was outstanding and every time I reached out my email or call was returned within an hour, sometimes even minutes. Ultimately my case ended up settling but had it proceeded to trial I would have been very comfortable with Jeana representing me.
