Worth his weight in gold.

I had the good fortune to talk to Mr. Policastro about a legal issue. If you need help, Dan is one of the best Attorney's I've ever spoken to. My case was outside his scope but he gave me referrals.

Successful Unlawful Detainer action

Dan and his team were great during an unfortunate time. We had opened our home to a family member for a short period. Unfortunately the individual was asked to leave due to their actions. The individual refused to leave, and stated "you can't make me leave". This person had no lease, paid nothing to ...stay, and had not been asked to contribute anything (such as food or dollars toward utilities). I was sadly shocked to learn that legally I could not just change the locks.....and that a person could now have a claim to my home in only a few weeks. I needed an attorney to sort it out. Internet searching basically educated me on the fact I was seeking an "unlawful detainer" type of eviction. However, I had some difficulty in finding an attorney that dealt with this. Many who said they handled evictions advised they did not handle an "unlawful detainer". Thankfully I came across Dan's site. He and his team were very informative, and spot on with the process, including the time-frame to expect. I was updated with every step and copied on what was filed with the court. What I appreciate the most is that my emails were answered quickly. My calls were always taken, and returned the same day if they needed to be returned. I found the cost reasonable and our lives back to normal quickly. Thanks to Dan and his team!!

A job exceeding anyones expectations WELL DONE!

Dan Policastro performed an amazing job for me and retrieved money I never knew if I could reclaim. He tracked down the person in question who took off to another state and got a settlement for me. He sincerely cared about this wrongdoing and it showed in his efforts. A previous lawyer would not t...ake the case, and my friends [well meaning] said I would never get money back! Thanks to Dan's legal talent and determination, and my stubbornness, he got the job done.

Fast & Thourough

Dan was very quick, responsive and insightful. I had an issue with a Non-Compete that was very time sensitive and he was quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly. I have already recommended Dan to friends and will continue to refer friends to him.

Excellent Landlord/Tenant Attorney

Mr. Policastro is a very competent and knowledgeable Landlord/Tenant Attorney. I retained him to help me obtain my security deposit back from my ex-landlord. He informed me of all potential legal obstacles involved. With his combination of professional skills and personal interaction he was able to s...ettle the manner with my ex-landlord expediently without having to go to court. I would most definitely highly recommend and call upon his services again if needed.
