Do not recommend - steer clear. She had one job: to protect the children by conducting a thorough review of both sides and make a recommendation to the court. She did none of this. Favored the side with the smoke and mirrors, terrorized the children at school with surprise interrogations and unnecess...arily hurtful commentary. Never protected the children. Never even made a recommendation to the court; her sole purpose on the case. Allowed the children to suffer further trauma due to negligent lack of due diligence and overall carelessness…as she billed each side over 10k for NOTHING.

I hired Erin for a modification case hat was fairly cut and dry, yet somehow she managed to drag it out for two years. She did not promptly return calls or emails and would often drop bombs at 5:00 on Friday night and not be available all weekend. She spent a lot of time and money talking to opposing... counsel but then wouldn’t relay those conversations to me. Big over biller. I would not recommend.
